After an item has left my hands and is in the hands of said mail service chosen, It is no longer our responsibility. All issues with lost, stolen or damaged items must first seek to report a claim through the mail service chosen. An approved Claiming thru the mail service will result in you receiving the insurance. If an item arrives damaged, broken or not as expected, it is the responsibility of the customer to let us know immediately upon receiving, otherwise we will can not be responsible for correction. It is not my wish to have anyone report a bad experience, so please still reach out to me about any issues and I will always see what I can do to make it right. We appreciate your business and understanding.
