BALANCE refers to the yin and Yang of life. The understanding that there can't be good without bad, and no bad without good. Easy to say, harder to live by. I like to remind people that being aware of the need for balance is already a step in the right direction. It's very hard to implement all of the small changes within ourselves that we want, all at once. So step into each one slowly, master it, and then onto the next. The way to maintain balance externally is to maintain balance internally, which takes organization and TLC.
